For a problem with a delivery, open the app, find the delivery under Activity and tap Get help. That way the trip, rider and payment record come with your message and nobody has to ask you for a reference number.

You’ll need a working motorbike, a valid licence, your Ghana Card and a smartphone. Download the app, choose I want to deliver during sign-up, and upload your documents — verification usually takes a day or two.
